A Deep Dive into Pulsar's Geo-replication for High Availability

Geo-replication is a common practice to provide disaster recovery capabilities for enterprise systems by distributing a copy of the data to different geographical locations. Pulsar’s geo-replication mechanism provides such a disaster recovery plan for multiple data centers. In this session, I will talk about the asynchronous and synchronous data replication mechanism, and how we deployed Pulsar across multiple regions and improved performance at China Mobile.
