Migrate Cross-cluster Tenant Based on Geo Replication

The geo replication capability in Pulsar realizes data replication between clusters. Based on the current capability of cross-cluster data replication, we have transformed the lookup phase to realize the senseless migration function of tenants between clusters, and improved the native subscription replication function by adding the logic of synchronizing individuallyDeletedMessages before migrating the cluster to reduce repeated consumption after cluster migration. This talk will elaborate the logic based on the geo replication function to migrate tenants across clusters.
