Native Pulsar support in Tencent TianQiong StarRocks

Background:
Many internal Tencent users are using Apache Pulsar as their major MQ component due to its advantages in performance, availability, and O&M-friendliness.
- StarRocks is a next-gen sub-second MPP database for full analytics scenarios, including multi-dimensional analytics, real-time analytics and ad-hoc query. An increasing number of people are also using it as a unified OLAP analytics engine.
- These two tools combined bring about great benefits for internals users in terms of data integration and analytics.
