Convergence of Messaging, Streaming, and Storage

When something new is happening, there is alway a reductive view and an expansive view of it. The reductive view of Pulsar is that it is just another message queue, it is just another data pipeline, we have queues in the past, now it is a more scalable queue and it can solve big problems, but there is nothing really fundamentally different. Obviously, that’s wrong. In this presentation, Sijie Guo will explore the adoptions happening in Pulsar community, and explain what is happening in the world of messaging, streaming, data management and infrastructure.
