Powering Ping An Securities using Apache Pulsar

Ping An Securities’ current message bus in the current architecture faces many bottlenecks, and business development also puts forward more requirements on the business system. For example, in terms of identity recognition and security, the messaging system needs to be able to identify the system and IP that control access; in terms of auditing, it is required that the subscribers/publishers of access need to record relevant information for post-auditing and abnormal situation monitoring. Therefore, Ping An Securities needs a new messaging system that has high availability, low latency, rapid expansion, and can ensure the order of messages. Apache Pulsar, as the next-generation cloud-native distributed messaging and streaming platform, has a design of storage and computing separation architecture, providing a complete Restful API, function-based message routing and distribution, filtering and statistics, and other features that have successfully attracted us, so we migrated the old message buses to Apache Pulsar. In this talk, I will share the relevant practices of Apache Pulsar in Ping An Securities and our experience.
